Howard Town Center is a mixed-use residential / retail project covering almost an entire city block on Howard University’s campus. The 9-story design-build project utilizes a combination of cast-in-place concrete and precast concrete structural framing systems. At each story, the 7-level garage is connected to the main building and includes one additional level of parking below-grade.
